概述:TT系列特种陶瓷过滤机集机电、微孔陶瓷、超声技术为⼀体,依靠真空吸⼒和⽑细作⽤实 现固液分离的新型⾼效、节能过滤设备,已⼴泛应⽤于矿⼭、冶⾦、化⼯、环保等⾏业。

工作原理:利用抽取陶瓷板内腔真空产生与外部的压差,使料槽内悬浮的物料在负压的作用下吸附在陶瓷 板上,固体物料因不能通过微孔陶瓷被截留在陶瓷板表面,而液体因真空压差的作用及陶瓷板的亲水性则顺 利通过进入气液分配装置(真空桶)外排或利用,达到了固液分离的目的。

工作流程:Workflow:
转子(陶瓷板)运转一周,工作过程分为四个区域:吸浆 区、干燥区、卸料区、清洗区,反复循环。
1.滤饼形成(吸浆区)
工作开始时,浸没在料浆槽的陶瓷板在真空的作用下,表面形成 一层较厚的颗粒堆积层,滤液通过陶瓷板进入吸水管路过滤至分 配阀到达真空桶。
2.滤饼干燥(干燥区)
主轴开始旋转,转子载着滤饼到达干燥区,滤饼在高真空作用下继续脱水干燥。
3、滤饼剥离(卸料区)
主轴继续旋转,将干燥后的滤饼带到卸料区,在刮刀装置的作用下进行卸料。
4、反冲洗(反冲洗区)
卸料后陶瓷板进入反冲洗区,利用过滤液或外接自来水,经过反冲洗管道通过压力调整由分配阀进入陶 瓷板内腔,由内而外清洗陶瓷板的微孔,同时将残留在陶瓷板表面的残余矿物冲洗下来,达到清洗目 的。
5、联合清洗(化学清洗与超声波清洗)
陶瓷板经过一定的工作时间后(一般为 8 小时以后),陶瓷板微孔因逐渐被堵而使过滤效率有所降低,为 保证陶瓷板微孔通畅及过滤高效率,应启用联合清洗,通过超声波清洗、化学清洗和反冲清洗的相互作用,恢复陶瓷过滤板的原始状态。通过联合清洗可使陶瓷板的微孔进一 步得到疏通,保证后续过滤的高 效率。

4, backwash (backwash area)
After discharge, the ceramic plate enters the backwashing area, and the filtrate or external tap water is used to enter the inner cavity of the ceramic plate through the pressure adjustment through the distribution valve through the backwashing pipe, and the micro-pores of the ceramic plate are cleaned from the inside out. At the same time, the residual minerals remaining on the surface of the ceramic plate are washed down to achieve the cleaning purpose.
5, joint cleaning (chemical cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning)
Ceramic plate after a certain working time (generally 8 hours later), ceramic plate micropores are gradually blocked and the filtration efficiency is reduced, in order to ensure that ceramic plate micropores patency and filtration efficiency, joint cleaning should be enabled, through the mutual use of ultrasonic cleaning, chemical cleaning and backwash cleaning, to restore the original state of ceramic filter plate. Through the joint cleaning, the micro-pores of the ceramic plate can be dredged one step further to ensure the high efficiency of subsequent filtration.

1、自动化程度高,可连续工作,很大降低了人力损耗。 生产过程由PLC自动控制,操作简单,可手动控制也可一键全自动控制。配有10.2寸触摸屏,完成监控、操作界面图形化显示、运行参数显示、状态数据采集、存储等功能,可反馈槽体料位、脱水桶液位、稀酸桶酸位、真空度、反冲洗压力、主轴、搅拌转速等模拟量数据并设置相关联锁报警和应对措施。 运行数据可传输DCS系统,远程控制。
2、高效节能、耗能低运行成本低。 因为陶瓷板的特性,使配置真空泵功率仅为传统设备功率的10%能耗,就能达到接近绝对真空的负压。所以能耗低,滤饼水份低。
3、滤液清澈。 由于陶瓷板微孔小,且不易损坏,使得滤液中的悬浮物含量低,含固量一直在50ppm以下,可进入工业水循 环系统充分利用。
4、整机结构牢固,经久耐用设备与物料、液体接触部位材质不低于304不锈钢,防腐防锈。陶瓷板采用整体法兰圈安装,平整且不易变形。搅拌系统可根据物料的比重配置气动式、机械摆动式和联合式搅拌,牢固。
5、一体式排液系统设计合理、稳定。 自动排液系统采用一体式排液罐,故障率低且安装方便。排液方式分为液位排液和时间排液,可在系统中互相切换,方便维护。双真空泵的设计在增加吸气量的同 时,通过循环阀组的切换,也能保证真空度在排水后的稳定。
6、联合清洗有效根据物料粒径不同,公司配置了22K,25K,28K,40K不同频率的超声波清洗装置。并针对物理及化学性质的不同的物料对滤板造成的堵塞,公司研发了专用浸泡剂、多振头清洗机和清洗方案进行再生清洗,使滤板微孔疏通达 到80%以上。
