概述：Overview: 陶瓷过滤板为陶瓷真空过滤机的核心部件，其作为陶瓷过滤 机的过滤介质是20世纪以来的一次革命性突破，对传统过滤 机有较强的替代性。 TT系列陶瓷板产品分为白刚玉、棕刚玉二大类。产品骨架原 料采用Al2O3，添加部分无机粘结剂和成孔剂，采用500T干 压成型经精密加工后，采用好的工艺喷涂具有微米孔径的氧 化铝膜面，经1500～1800℃二次烧结成具有双面过滤层的 耐压可达8bard的多孔陶瓷板。 

Ceramic filter plates are the core components of ceramic vacuum filters. As the filtering  medium for ceramic filters, they have been a revolutionary breakthrough since the 20th  century and have a strong substitutability for traditional filters. TT series ceramic plate products are divided into two categories: white corundum and brown corundum. The skeleton material of the product is Al2O3, with some inorganic binders and  pore forming agents added. After adopting 500T dry pressure molding and precision  processing, advanced technology is used to spray the surface of aluminum oxide film with  micrometer pore diameter. After secondary sintering at 1500~1800 ℃, a porous ceramic  plate with a double sided filter layer and a pressure resistance of up to 8 barg is formed.

工作原理：working principle:

由于这种多孔材料含有无数其微小的毛细管，能够产生毛细作用。在过滤过程中由于其毛细管力作用，在整个过程中只有水能通过滤板，而空气始终不能通过，从而完成过滤任务，真空度可达到-0.097Mpa以上。对真空泵抽气量要求比较低。 Because this porous material contains countless extremely small capillaries, it can produce capillary action. During the filtration process, due to its capillary force, only water can pass through the filter plate during the entire process, while air cannot pass through all the time, thus completing the filtration task. 3、再生方法多，可使用高温高压，有机溶剂等清洗，再生效果好，使用寿命大大延长。
